Nicole Pillor creates inclusive, hands-on learning experiences where students can explore plants, science, practical life skills, and everyday problem-solving in ways that work for them.
She holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Diversity Studies and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Bowie State University.
Her lessons use visual steps, meaningful choices, adaptive tools, movement, AAC, and many ways to participate. Looking, observing, resting, pointing, speaking, and hands-on work can all be meaningful ways to join.
She believes every learner deserves a real way to choose, create, communicate, and succeed.
