Privacy Notice
Our Living Classroom is designed to share educational materials—not to collect student records or personal information.
Information adults may choose to provide
The contact form collects a role, message type, and message. A name and reply email are optional. Students should not complete the form. Do not submit student names, photos, school records, diagnoses, medical details, behavior reports, emergencies, passwords, or other identifying information.
How information is used
Submissions are used only to review educational questions, corrections, accessibility concerns, and lesson suggestions, and to reply when an email address is provided. Information is not sold, used for advertising, or posted publicly.
Private storage and access
Messages are stored in a private inbox restricted to Nicole Pillor. The public and students cannot browse submissions. Short-lived, hashed technical identifiers may be used to limit spam; they are not advertising profiles and are periodically removed.
Retention and deletion
Feedback is kept for no longer than 12 months and may be deleted sooner. Messages older than 12 months are removed when the owner opens the inbox. The owner can permanently delete individual messages at any time.
School and student matters
This website is not an official student-record system or emergency channel. Contact the school through its approved communication system for any learner-specific question, record, safety issue, or urgent concern.

Some lessons link to other websites with their own privacy practices. Those websites are not controlled by Our Living Classroom.
Questions or deletion requests
If you included a reply email and want your message removed sooner, use the contact form and identify the approximate date and subject of the original message. Do not resend sensitive information.
