Materials
- Fully encased large magnets

Safety first
Use encased magnets too large to swallow. Keep strong magnets away from electronics and follow medical-device guidance for implanted devices.
Follow each student's IEP, health, feeding, allergy, behavior, and mobility plans.
Objectives by House
House 2
Students will predict and sort two objects by magnetic response.
House 3
Students will test several materials and use a wand to complete a movement task.
House 4 & 5
Students will record results, compare barriers or distance, and build or evaluate a simple magnetic tool.
Access supports

Sensory Present one material at a time. Offer tools, gloves, observe-only, a scent-free choice, and a quiet break.
